WHAT'S HAPPENING ON PLANET EARTH AT THIS TIME
Have you noticed more turbulence in your life?  More emotional upheavals?  More accidents? More fatigue? Or have you just been feeling like things are cuckoo... all topsy-turvy?  Guess what? YOU'RE NOT ALONE!!! (That's why it's taken me so long to get this newsletter out... I'm experiencing the same thing!! :-)
     
At the end of January, I started feeling as if I were "racing" as my "normal speed." It felt extremely uncomfortable, to say the least!  So, I tuned in and asked, "Has something started speeding up on Planet Earth?  Is something actually moving faster, making it feel like things are speeding up?" Here is the answer I got:

Yes. Two things are happening....

1) The spin of the emotional body around the planet is going faster.  It's a time of purging.  There are so many old negative emotions that need to be purged for the people of Planet Earth to move forward as a race.  This was "done" by the Powers That Be (of the Light) to help humanity evolve.  It started 8-9 months ago (that would be May, 2012) and will continue until December, 2015. This is why it FEELS like time is moving faster.... because people are feeling more emotions come up faster than they've ever experienced before. That is, they're having to deal with more emotional issues than is "normal" for them or that they're used to dealing with on a regular basis.

2) A new energy is being fed into our subtle bodies from another Higher dimension.  This energy is designed to enhance our ability to connect to deeper realms of thought, feeling, intuition, and spirituality.  It is a good thing.  However, this new influx of energy can feel "jarring" and "foreign" since we're not used to it. 

Also, many people are locked into a particular way of being in life and aren't skilled at flowing with life.  This new energy is forcing us all to let go of our set ways of doing things and surrender to a "Higher Power."  It has been a challenge for many, to say the least.  As a result of this influx of energy, all of our programs that make us rigid, inflexible, controlling, and afraid of change are getting triggered... and are "up for review and healing."

All of the above is creating both the sense of urgency, as well as feeling overwhelmed.  Many are reacting with: "Too much going on... too much change"... and almost like, "I can't survive this, it's all too much..."  These are just programs, and all can be cleared to support you in being more able to flow with the changes life is bringing. The times they are a changin' indeed!  But in this case, it's best NOT to hold on tightly for the ride! 

This phenomenon (the influx of energy from another Higher dimension) also started 8-9 months ago (May, 2012).
 What You Can Do:

1) When you feel great emotional upheaval, take a deep breath.  At least you now have a better idea of what's going on.  You're not crazy... and everyone on Planet Earth is going through the same thing, although many are unconscious of the process.  (A lot of people just eat more sugar, drink more alcohol, do more escapist activities, or just get tired a lot-in order to escape through sleep and not have to feel what's going on inside.)

2) Clear, clear, clear!!!  This is a GREAT time for sessions, mini-sessions, and techniques you can do on yourself. (I have mentioned these techniques before:   1) Communications Breakthrough System, 2) p. 27 of Love Now, Here's How..."The Advanced Subconscious Clearing" Technique, and 3) Prince Charming Lives, at the end of Ch. 9... "The Rapid Integration Technique.")  Clearing will help you get through these changes as smoothly as possible, as well as dump much old negative programming that is keeping you from being the infinitely kind, flexible, patient, and loving Spiritual Being that you are. Clearing will help you to be present, so you can avoid problems that come when your emotions are clouding you and taking you out of the present moment.
 You Will Get Through This.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to get through this period with as much ease and grace as possible, learning the lessons life is presenting to you and letting go of that which no longer serves you.  And, doing this with minimal blame and maximum taking responsibility for all that your life entails.  This will empower you the most.  You can do it.  Keep breathing.  Keep letting go.  It's actually all good.  :-)

THE STUDY by Harvard is a one page and a 17 page STUDY that was done on Tom Tam's Healing System of Tong Ren and it mentions on the long version that there are two kinds of ENERGIES, the one you can measure and the one that you cannot. The Tong Ren Healing Energy that I do cannot be measured. Each of us has a BIOFIELD around us which is like a FIREWALL on your COMPUTER to protect it. Our BIOFIELD/ENERGY FIELD around each of us protects us. The EMF'S are breaking thru this protective field and effecting our physical, emotional and energetic bodies and creating dis-ease within each of us.
